Qualifications

• Three to five years’ experience preferred within a subsection of the laboratory.
• One to three years’ leadership experience preferred.
• MT (ASCP) or equivalent licensure/certification required.

Responsibilities

• Review policies and procedures and implement revisions as needed.
• Operate and calibrate laboratory equipment and perform QC.
• Maintain CEU requirements and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Perform patient testing with accuracy and identify issues affecting results.
• Participate in proficiency and competency testing and special projects.
