Responsibilities include operating automated analyzers, documenting QC, and communicating critical findings to the pathology team, while supporting patient-focused care and professional development.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or higher in Medical Technology or Clinical Laboratory Science.
• Registration with ASCP, NCA or equivalent preferred; MICRO experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient tests manually and with automated lab equipment using reagents and test methodologies.
• Review test results for accuracy and notify appropriate personnel of critical results.
