Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in microbiology or related field.
• 2–3 years in a testing laboratory, supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO 17025 and cGMP is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership in the microbiology lab and manage staffing and resources.
• Guide staff to ensure compliance with ISO 17025 and cGMP; support QA and customers.
• Develop production schedules and ensure timely reporting of data packages.
• Act as SME for regulatory guidelines, test results, and method limitations.
