Job summary

The role requires a scientific bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a lab, with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with flexibility for shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a laboratory environment.
• Experience leading lab personnel toward corporate goals and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and supervise laboratory personnel to ensure coverage and performance targets are met.
• Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and hire direct-report staff.
• Deliver onboarding and ongoing training on test methods, SOPs, and ISO requirements.
• Perform annual performance reviews and provide coaching to foster development.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and calibration and ensure compliance with quality systems.
