Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred in Medical Technology/Clinical Laboratory Science.
• 5–7 years of high‑complexity testing experience.
• 2+ years of leadership in microbiology/clinical diagnostics.
• Experience with quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and inspections.
• Strong CLIA, CAP knowledge and equipment familiarity.
• Proficient LIS and software skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise supervisors and staff within a high‑complexity lab.
• Lead quality assurance and regulatory compliance programs.
• Oversee budgets, supply utilization and inventory control.
• Contribute to test development and equipment selection decisions.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, accreditation, and quality standards.
