• Developing new methods for and collecting, analyzing, organizing and recording experimental data.
• Managing the day-to-day operation of the laboratory and coordinating activities of diverse laboratory projects and personnel.
• Practicing and enforcing safe laboratory practices and hazardous materials handling; following safety guidelines.
