Job summary

JCW Group is partnering with a client near Fort Collins, CO to locate an experienced Laboratory Manager to lead their microbiology laboratory. This hands-on leadership role will oversee daily operations, guide a talented team, and drive quality and efficiency across the site.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Microbiology, 5+ years in microbiology/molecular biology, and proven leadership with budget responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Microbiology or a related scientific discipline.
• 5+ years of professional microbiology/molecular biology experience.
• Proven leadership experience with team management and day-to-day oversight.
• Experience budgeting and/or P&L responsibilities.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
