2nd Shift – 3:15 pm to 1:45 am, Monday to Thursday 4/10, overtime on Friday/Saturday.
The Micro-Perf Machine Operator is responsible for safely producing quality perforated wood veneer and high‑pressure laminate products through the Micro‑Perf Machine. The role requires setting up the machine, maintaining it, ensuring safe work practices, and completing all required paperwork.
Stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; occasional sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Frequently lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs. Required vision includes close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Operates in a manufacturing setting with hot/cold temperatures, uneven surfaces, cords, tools, intermittent loud noises, dust, or dirty conditions. Required PPE: safety glasses, hearing protection, steel‑toe shoes, and department PPE.
