Sign‑On Bonus

$1,000 total: $500 after 3 months and $500 after 9 months of service.

Job Output & Responsibilities
  • Safely produce and finish solid and veneered wood products using advanced machinery, hand tools, and sanding equipment.
  • Meet production needs for customer orders, inventory, product samples, and product development prototypes.
  • Ensure the safety and well‑being of self and all associates within the facility.
  • Maintain high attention to detail, accuracy, and quality of work.
  • Oversee machine operation, ensuring safe work practices and a safe work environment for all who enter the area.

Qualifications
Required
  • Dependable, punctual, good attendance.
  • Ability to interact well with others to produce material that meets all quality attributes and standards.
  • Willingness to work overtime.
  • Must be able to read Safety Data Sheets (SDS).

Physical Demands

The employee must regularly speak or hear, stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms. The employee occasionally sits, climbs or balances, stoops, kneels, crouches or crawls. The employee must frequently lift and move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment

The position operates in a manufacturing setting and may involve occasional hot/cold temperatures, uneven walking surfaces with cords, tools and other obstacles, intermittent loud noises, and dusty or dirty conditions. Required PPE includes safety glasses, hearing protection, steel‑toe shoes, and other department PPE; additional PPE is available upon request. The position is not exposed to adverse environmental conditions. Standard office equipment is used.
