Job summary

• Set-up and operate micro CNC shop equipment such as lathes, mills, and saws.
• NC programming in both manual (G-code) and CAD/CAM (Creo).
• Inspect parts using mics, calipers, height gages, measuring microscope, indicators, gage blocks, surface plates, etc.
• Record and document machining data, including in-process and final inspection results, in database or Excel templates.
• Follow safety procedures in a laboratory that works with beryllium components.
• Observe all laws, regulations and other obligations in business conduct.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
