Spago Beverly Hills seeks a polished Server to deliver a refined, highly personalized dining experience reflecting Wolfgang Puck's Michelin-level standards. The role requires expert product knowledge, flawless service, and discretion in a fast-paced fine dining environment.

You will guide guests through menus, take accurate orders into the POS, and collaborate with culinary and beverage teams to ensure impeccable timing and guest satisfaction. Evening and weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of fine dining server experience.
• Previous experience in Michelin-starred or Michelin-recognized fine dining preferred.
• Experience in a luxury hospitality environment with rigorous service standards.
• Experience using a POS system.

Responsibilities

• Deliver polished, intuitive, and highly personalized service throughout the guest experience.
• Guide guests through the menu with thoughtful recommendations.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Communicate with culinary, pastry, and beverage teams to ensure flawless timing and modifications.
• Maintain service timing and overall guest experience.
