Spago Beverly Hills is seeking a passionate Line Cook to join the back-of-house team in a fast-paced, professional kitchen known for innovation and guest experiences. You will prepare dishes to Wolfgang Puck’s exacting standards, follow recipes, and work with a talented culinary team to maintain top quality and presentation. Location is Beverly Hills, CA.

Pay ranges from $23.00 to $28.00 per hour. Benefits include health insurance, dental/vision, 401(k) with employer match, and dining discounts.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience as a line cook in a fine dining environment
• High-volume cooking experience
• Good understanding of cooking methods and kitchen equipment
• Attention to detail in plating, measurements and portion control
• Cleanliness and knowledge of food safety standards
• Ability to follow recipes and prep lists precisely
• Strong communication and teamwork in a high-energy kitchen

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute dishes to Wolfgang Puck’s standards of quality, consistency, and presentation
• Follow recipes, prep lists, and station guidelines efficiently and accurately
• Work collaboratively with fellow cooks, sous chefs, and the executive chef
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work environment per health and safety standards
