Spago Beverly Hills is seeking an experienced Server to deliver polished, highly personalized service in a Michelin-level fine dining setting. You will guide guests through the menu, coordinate with culinary and beverage teams, and ensure flawless service timing and guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of fine dining server experience, with preference for Michelin-starred or high-level luxury dining environments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of fine dining server experience.
• Experience in a Michelin-starred, Michelin-recognized, or similarly high-level fine dining restaurant strongly preferred.
• Experience in a luxury hospitality environment with rigorous service standards preferred.

Position Summary

At Spago Beverly Hills , service is an art form defined by precision, consistency, and genuine hospitality. The Server plays a critical role in delivering a refined, highly personalized dining experience that reflects the legacy of Wolfgang Puck and the standards of a Michelin-level restaurant.

As a primary point of contact for our guests, the Server combines sophisticated product knowledge, polished service technique, and genuine hospitality to anticipate needs and guide each guest through a seamless dining experience. The ideal candidate has experience in a Michelin-level or Michelin-recognized fine dining environment and understands the discipline, attention to detail, and elevated service standards required to operate at this level.

• Complete opening, closing, and side work to the highest standards.
• Assist with table setup, breakdown, and reconfiguration while maintaining attention to detail and service flow.
• Collaborate closely with fellow servers, support staff, and leadership to ensure seamless execution across the dining room.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous learning, refinement, and service excellence.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support restaurant operations.

Pay: $16.90/hour + tips
