You will coordinate shifts, monitor inventory, and drive continuous improvement using WMS, SAP, and standard reporting. This role requires open availability and a hands-on leadership approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• Prior warehouse supervision/leadership experience required.
• Knowledge of inventory control and OSHA requirements is essential.
• Experience with WMS, SAP, and scanners is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse operations to ensure safety and efficiency on inbound/outbound functions.
• Recruit, mentor, and evaluate team members; conduct performance reviews.
• Coordinate daily schedule, workload, and staffing with management.
• Maintain KPI goals and ensure compliance with policies and audits.
• Prepare daily/weekly inventory reports and manage FIFO procedures.
