Job summary

LOVB Miami Volleyball is seeking a VP, Ticketing and Sales to build the club's revenue engine and season-ticket base for its inaugural Pro season in Miami. You will own pricing, platforms, and the hiring of the sales team, converting deposits into memberships and driving renewals from day one.

You will recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales force, manage box office operations, and partner with Fan Experience and venue teams to maximize ticketing success in a dynamic Miami market.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in ticket sales at a sports property.
• Ability to lead and develop a sales team.
• Experience across season, group and premium sales.
• Hands-on proficiency with ticketing platforms and CRM.
• Willingness to sell personally alongside the team.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays throughout the season.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual ticket revenue plan and forecast.
• Set pricing architecture and inventory allocation with the venue.
• Establish dynamic pricing and report performance to leadership.
• Convert deposits to season memberships and manage renewals.
• Recruit, train and retain the sales team; lead by example.
• Oversee box office operations and CRM data integrity.
