Job summary

LOVB Miami Volleyball is seeking a Business Operations Manager to keep the club running and connect finance, people ops, vendors, venue, league and front office. You’ll own budget tracking, contracts, HR coordination, match-day operations, travel, and retail, with a hands-on role in a founding stage organization.

Qualifications

• Experience with budget tracking, variance analysis and clean reporting.
• Experience with contracts, vendors, procurement and administrative operations.
• Discretion with confidential financial and personnel information.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays during the season.
• Ability to lift and move equipment during events.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the club operating budget, track spend and produce monthly variance reporting.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable, POs, expense reporting and corporate card admin.
• Support annual budgeting and forecasting with departmental leads.
• Coordinate revenue reporting and match settlement with Ticketing and venue.
• Own merchandise inventory end to end, including forecasting and replenishment.
• Run matchday retail operations with POS and staffing, then reconcile nightly.
• Administer the club e-commerce store and manage licensed product relationships.
• Manage contracts, vendor onboarding, insurance certificates and renewals.
• Coordinate recruiting, onboarding, payroll inputs and benefits enrollment.
• Coordinate travel, logistics, credentials and match-day operations.
• Establish operating procedures and ensure regulatory compliance.
