LOVB Miami Volleyball is seeking a VP, Ticketing and Sales to build the club's revenue engine and season-ticket base for its inaugural Pro season in Miami. You will own pricing, platforms, and the hiring of the sales team, converting deposits into memberships and driving renewals from day one.
You will recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales force, manage box office operations, and partner with Fan Experience and venue teams to maximize ticketing success in a dynamic Miami market.
About LOVB (League One Volleyball):
League One Volleyball (LOVB) is reimagining women's sports. Launched in 2019, our company is a mission-led sports performance, training and media enterprise that will change the game of volleyball in the USA and empower new generations of female athletes.
It is a groundbreaking time for volleyball in the US with our historic triple Olympic Gold medals in Women's Indoor, Beach and Sitting Volleyball. Volleyball is already the #1 most played girls' youth sport. There are 38M current and former players today. Of major sports, it's the only one that is women-first (~90% of players are female). But the volleyball market has been almost entirely missed by traditional sports investors, brands, and media.
LOVB is capturing this opportunity by creating a strong club business, and from that built-in audience and fandom, is creating the best Pro League in the world and a digital ecosystem that will connect all aspects of LOVB. This community-up approach will drive participation and fandom, while enabling greater empowerment for girls and young women living this amazing sport. In this role, you will join a mission-driven, roll‑up-your-sleeves team of innovators and builders who have come together to change the paradigm of professional volleyball and women’s sports.

LOVB Miami Volleyball is League One Volleyball’s professional team in Miami, playing its inaugural LOVB Pro season in 2027. Built from the grassroots up through a network of junior volleyball clubs, LOVB Miami is part of the only professional league in the United States with a fully integrated youth-to-pro ecosystem. The club is shaping a new vision for professional sports in one of the world’s most dynamic markets, built on elite competition, community, and the advancement of women’s volleyball.
LOVB Miami is backed by a best-in-class ownership group of experienced operators and passionate volleyball supporters. We are building the first and greatest women’s sports franchise in Miami, with deep resources, a network second to none, and unmatched ambition to be the best. Our ownership group is committed to a franchise that reflects the culture, energy and diversity of Miami: a cultural anchor of the community and an international beacon for women’s sport with deep connectivity to Latin America.
This is a founding role. You will help build a professional sports club from a blank page in one of the most competitive and most international sports markets in the country.
The Vice President, Ticketing and Sales owns LOVB Miami’s ticket revenue: strategy, pricing, systems/platforms, team and results. You will build the function from nothing, including hiring the sellers, choosing and configuring the systems and platforms, setting the pricing architecture, converting the existing deposit base, and putting people in seats for the club’s first professional match.
The inaugural season is the single most important selling window this club will ever have. Deposits are already being collected. Turning that early interest into a durable season membership base, and then renewing it, is the core of the job.
This is a selling leadership role, not an administrative one. You will carry a book of business yourself in year one.
Year one determines the club’s revenue base for years afterward. Priorities include:
Benefits include medical, dental and vision coverage; 401(k) with company match; paid time off; paid parental leave; team merchandise and ticket allocation.
This is a full-time position based in Miami, Florida. Availability for all home match days, including evenings and weekends throughout the LOVB Pro season, is required.
