Job summary

Charlie Health in Miami seeks a proactive Outreach professional to drive GTM strategy for new markets and build partnerships with clinical partners. You will travel locally 4–5 days a week to meet patients, parents, and providers and help expand access to our behavioral health programs.

This full-time role offers a hybrid work setup with a base salary of $70,000–$85,000 plus an uncapped performance bonus. You’ll collaborate with teams across marketing, product, client success, and legal to

Qualifications

• 1–4 years proven sales experience with KPI ownership.
• Must be based in Miami, fluent in English.
• Willingness to travel locally 4–5 days/week to meet referral partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop GTM strategy for efficient new market penetration.
• Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources in priority markets.
• Go in the field 4–5 days/week to lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs and address barriers.
• Design strategies to support and engage referral partners across channels.
• Deepen Charlie Health’s penetration across existing partnerships.
• Attend and lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events both in person and via conference call.
• Synthesize market feedback from partners, patients, and stakeholders to inform go-forward marketing and product strategies.
• Work closely with marketing, product, client success, and legal to deliver on GTM goals.
