Job summary

Charlie Health is seeking a dynamic Outreach specialist based in Portage, MI to drive new market penetration and build relationships with clinical partners. You will travel locally 4–5 days a week, lead meetings with patients, families, and providers, and collaborate with marketing, product, and legal teams to meet GTM goals.

The role offers base compensation with an uncapped performance bonus, and is part of a fast-growing healthcare startup committed to expanding access to mental health

Qualifications

• Based in Portage, MI
• Fluent in English
• 1–4 years proven sales experience
• Experience selling to healthcare organizations is a plus
• Willing to travel locally 4–5 days/week within ~1 hour driving distance
• Able to energize, advise & persuade senior corporate personnel
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills with a consultative style
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce & Zoom is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for efficient new market penetration
• Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets
• Go in the field 4-5 days/week to lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs and address barriers
• Design strategies to better support and engage referral partners across channels
• Deepen Charlie Health’s penetration across existing partnerships
• Attend and lead various educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events
• Synthesize and share market feedback to inform go-forward marketing and product strategies
• Collaborate with marketing, product, client success, and legal to deliver on GTM goals
