Aerotek is seeking an experienced rod buster for a large commercial concrete and rebar project in Miami. You will place, tie, bend, and position reinforcing steel for slabs and structural elements, using hand tools and tape measures to follow layout instructions.

The role involves 10-hour shifts, Monday through Saturday, starting at 6:00 a.m., with potential overtime and outdoor weather conditions typical of South Florida.

Formación

• Proven rod buster or rebar installer on commercial projects.
• Experience tying #10 and #11 rebar with hand tools and wire.
• Ability to bend and shape rebar with a manual bender.
• Capable of performing physically demanding work on a 10-hour shift.
• Reliable transportation to the jobsite and outdoor work tolerance.

Responsabilidades

• Place, tie, and bend reinforcing steel for slabs and structures.
• Tie rebar with wire, ensure layout accuracy and placement.
• Lift and position heavy materials safely throughout shifts.
• Use tape measures to verify dimensions and alignment.
• Maintain a safe, organized work area on site.
