Job summary

Matrix Project Services is seeking a manual rebar rod buster to join a project site crew. You will assist in tying rebar, reading blueprints, and supporting other crafts to ensure structural integrity of concrete forms.

The role requires physical stamina, the ability to work with a team, and adherence to safety protocols. Training programs, competitive compensation, and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Must pass labor proficiency testing at or above 70%.
• Up to four years of construction/maintenance experience.
• Completed Matrix Service Stop Plus Safety training, Process Safety Management training, and site training.
• Active status in the DISA drug testing program.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and determine rebar layout.
• Cut, bend, and position rebar; tie it in place with specialized tools.
• Identify safety hazards and take corrective action.
• Perform other duties as requested by supervision.
