Qualifications

• Active Florida Real Estate Broker license with 5 years of Managing Broker experience.
• Based in Miami, able to work in the Downtown Miami office.
• Proven track record building and leading a high-performing agent team.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, enroll and engage outstanding agents.
• Manage high-volume networking and lead generation following established leads.
• Drive growth of the agent network and identify profitable opportunities.
• Meet or exceed agent growth and engagement targets.
• Log work activities in CRM and ensure strong client engagements.
• Convert leads to clients and support transactions remotely.
