Job summary

PRO CHEM INC is seeking qualified candidates for full-time, entry-level Outside Sales Representative positions to establish new territories across the United States in 2026. You'll learn the products, the industry, and receive sales support while building a book of repeat customers.

You'll hunt for new opportunities, build relationships with customers, and manage your own territory with uncapped commissions and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance,

Qualifications

• 2 years of sales or customer-facing experience
• Hunter mentality, driven and resilient
• Strong time-management, planning and presentation skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 products; Netsuite a bonus
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and MVR check; live in assigned territory and have a reliable vehicle

Responsibilities

• Hunt for new business opportunities: prospect, develop and follow-up on leads to grow your territory's revenue
• Build relationships with repeat customers through visits, calls, and emails
• Train on our products and the industries we serve to provide customer-based solutions
• Manage your own territory, schedule, and sales plan – your success is in your hands
• Enter orders and track activity through our digital systems
