Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned properties, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Manage and mentor a team of property managers, leasing agents, and maintenance staff.

• Monitor property performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the investment team to maximize property values and optimize returns.
