Job summary

Flow is seeking an experienced Multifamily General Manager to lead its South Florida community, overseeing operations, revenue strategy, and guest experience. The role requires strong hospitality business acumen and a track record of leading diverse teams in a start-up hospitality environment.

You will drive occupancy, optimize distribution across channels, manage budgeting and finances, and mentor a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of hospitality management experience leading multi-asset properties.
• Strong business acumen in revenue management, distribution, and financial management.
• Exceptional leadership and coaching with team development.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with guests, colleagues, and partners.
• Analytical and data-driven decision making with problem-solving.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with property management systems and revenue software.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of property operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, profitability, and efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue, occupancy, and distribution across channels.
• Lead and mentor a team of hospitality professionals, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Collaborate with Assistant Managers to deliver personalized experiences for guests, driving engagement.
• Manage property finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.
• Oversee maintenance and upkeep of the property with the maintenance team.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, corporate housing providers, and local partners.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Analyze performance metrics and guest feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
