Serenity Recruitment Group in Miami, FL is seeking a Director of Property Operations for a flagship luxury Class A+ office development. The role combines high-profile operations with a five‑star hospitality mindset to deliver impeccable tenant experiences.

You will lead all property performance, oversee tenant relations, engineering, and vendor management, and manage budgets, CAM reconciliations, and capital projects.

Qualificações

• Experience managing high-profile Class A or Class A+ properties (250k+ sq ft preferred).
• Experience across Class A offices and luxury hospitality, or deep expertise in one.
• Strong attention to detail and executive presence.
• Expertise in budgets, CAM reconciliations, and capital projects.
• Proven ability to lead large onsite teams and manage vendors.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all property operations and tenant relations.
• Prepare and manage annual operating and capital budgets.
• Lead CAM reconciliations and ownership reporting.
• Direct large-scale capital improvements with minimal disruption.
• Negotiate service contracts with security, cleaning, and other partners.
• Build a high-performing onsite team with a service-first mindset.
• Maintain proactive communication with ownership and strategic recommendations.
