Leeds Professional Resources seeks a VP of Property Management to provide strategic leadership for a luxury high-rise asset in Florida. You will oversee operations, financial performance, and tenant experience while safeguarding asset value and coordinating on-site teams.

The role demands 7+ years in property management with 3–5 years in senior leadership, CAM license, strong budgeting, P&L, and vendor management skills. You will lead cross-functional staff and report to ownership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree as preferred in Business, Real Estate, Hospitality or related field.
• 7+ years property management experience, with senior/director level exposure.
• CAM license required.
• Strong budgeting, P&L and financial analysis skills.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication abilities.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all building operations, including maintenance, engineering, security, concierge, and housekeeping.
• Maintain luxury standards for common areas and systems; plan preventive maintenance.
• Manage capital projects, renovations, contracts, and vendor performance.
• Prepare and manage annual operating and capital budgets; monitor variances.
