Ideal candidates have a JD from an ABA-accredited school, Florida bar admission, and 2–4 years of relevant experience, with strong research and writing skills and ability to work across a global platform.
Qualifications
- JD from ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic record.
- Active Florida Bar in good standing.
- 2–4 years of substantive litigation experience focusing on insurance coverage.
- Experience analyzing complex insurance policies.
- Excellent drafting of litigation documents.
Responsibilities
- Analyze insurance policies and draft coverage opinions.
- Provide clear coverage recommendations for clients.
- Conduct legal research using Westlaw and Lexis.
- Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
- Draft interrogatories, document requests, and responses.
- Review and analyze document collections for litigation.
- Communicate with domestic and international insurers.
- Collaborate with partners to advance case objectives.
