Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Hospital Key Account Executive to lead strategic relationships within the Florida territory, primarily covering Miami. The role focuses on expanding hospital partnerships, onboarding reference laboratory services, and driving retention and growth across acute care facilities.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of outside sales experience, a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s preferred), and is bilingual in Spanish.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years outside sales experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Target new opportunities with hospital partners and develop relationships with hospital administration leaders.
• Manage an existing account base comprised of acute care facilities in Miami and Caribbean territory.
• Onboard new hospital reference laboratory business and expand services beyond clinical reference testing.
• Build strong relationships and present professional materials in person or virtually.
• Upsell and educate assigned accounts to grow the book of business.
• Coordinate with Labcorp operations to meet client needs and ensure retention.
