Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Hospital Key Account Executive to cover the Florida territory, primarily Miami. The role focuses on expanding hospital partnerships, onboarding new lab services, and upselling existing accounts across acute care facilities in the Miami and Caribbean region.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in outside sales, a Bachelor’s degree, and is bilingual in Spanish. Travel and strong relationship-building skills are essential to success in this territory.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years outside sales experience.
• Bilingual Spanish required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Target new opportunities with hospital partners and develop relationships with hospital leaders.
• Onboard hospital reference laboratory business and expand services beyond clinical testing.
• Educate and upsell assigned accounts in the territory.
• Collaborate with the sales team to grow the book of business.
• Meet and exceed monthly retention and upsell goals.
