Job summary

CMA, LLC is hiring a Telephone/Switchboard Operator in Miami to handle incoming calls and route them to the correct departments. You will support emergency signaling by monitoring code blue, fire, and gas alarm panels and paging staff when needed.

This role requires reliability to cover a 16-hour daily schedule, 365 days a year, with holidays and shifts rotated to meet staffing needs. Salary DOE and equal opportunity employer.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming calls to proper departments
• Monitor code blue, fire, and gas alarm panels
• Alert staff of emergency codes via paging systems and overhead announcements
• Page on call physicians and medical staff when needed
• Document and log all codes and call activity daily
