Job summary

Subway is seeking a Specialist, Development Technology to enhance the U.S. Development team's technology platforms, enabling better tracking of pipeline, contracts, and franchisee relationships. You will help prevent bottlenecks by keeping tools reliable and user-friendly.

Responsibilities include administering systems, managing data for openings, remodels, and site approvals, training users, and supporting workflow processes. Travel is under 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Real Estate, Operations, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience with data/systems administration or reporting tools preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office; experience with dashboards or document management systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to train non-technical users.
• Comfortable troubleshooting data or access issues and escalations.
• Willingness to travel under 10%.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Development team's technology platforms.
• Manage pipeline data and support KPI dashboards.
• Provide systems support and training to Development staff.
• Support waiver reviews and site-approval workflows within systems.
• Manage document uploads and data entry; ensure accuracy and audit-readiness.
