InterEx Group is seeking a Business Development Consultant in Miami, FL to develop new commercial opportunities within the technology recruitment space. You will build relationships with key decision-makers and grow your own market while receiving training and support to become a confident sales professional.

You’ll have the training, tools and mentorship needed to grow your own desk, with the potential to earn six-figure income from base salary and uncapped commission as you progress through

Responsibilities

• Researching and identifying new business opportunities
• Prospecting and engaging with senior decision-makers
• Building and developing long-term commercial relationships
• Conducting outbound calls, meetings and business development conversations
• Understanding client requirements and positioning recruitment solutions
• Developing and managing your own network of clients and candidates
• Negotiating terms and converting opportunities into new business
• Managing relationships throughout the recruitment process
• Building your knowledge of the technology market and becoming a specialist within your chosen sector
• Working towards individual activity, sales and revenue targets
• Growing your own desk and ultimately building a personal book of business
