The HR Internship Program prepares the next generation of HR professionals for success through hands-on analytics-driven work , skill development, networking opportunities, mentorship, and exposure to various HR business functions. Interns will take ownership of meaningful, high-impact projects that leverage data insights to solve real business challenges, culminating in Capstone project presentations to the Human Resource Leadership Team (HRLT) at the conclusion of the internship.

Knowledge and Skills

• Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data, interpret findings, and communicate insights
• Experience with data visualization, dashboards, or reporting tools (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, data analysis); Power BI or similar tools a plus
• Solid research, organizational, and project management skills
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and applying structured problem-solving approaches
• High level of initiative, accountability, and results orientation
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Open to feedback and committed to continuous learning

Basic Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National, permanent resident, or authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to work in or relocate to the job location for the duration of the internship
• Currently enrolled in a graduate program or anticipated graduation date withing the next year or recent master graduate with coursework in Human Resources, Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field.
