Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring a Trainer in Fort Worth, TX for 2nd shift (3:00p–11:30p, Tue–Sat). The role focuses on training and evaluating associates on MHE and classroom instruction, with pay $20.75/hr plus a $1.00 shift differential.

Responsibilities include presenting training, evaluating ramp performance, and aiding creation of guides and references, while supporting operations and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Create effective training presentations / materials and present them to associates.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word.
• Able to perform all site processes safely and efficiently with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Present training to associates and clearly communicate with all staff.
• Evaluate RPM on ramp up form and define steps for success.
• Assist with creating a work reference guide.
• Provide initial and cross training for associates and outside workers (Labor Share, vendors, etc.).
• Support operations as needed by leadership.
• Certify Associates for MHE.
• Create system logins for associates (SeeIT, JDA).
• Update on company goals and procedures.
• Identify training needs.
• Conduct BBS observations and participate in Safety Committee.
