Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring a Trainer in Fort Worth, TX to certify associates on MHE and deliver classroom instruction. You will develop and present training materials and ensure safe, efficient processes across shifts.

Required: related training experience, MHE (sit-down/stand-up forklifts), and proficiency with Microsoft Word; preferred: 6 months of training experience. Shift: 2nd; Hours: 3:00 PM–11:30 PM; Days: Tuesday–Saturday; Pay: $20.75/hr + $1.00 shift differential.

Qualifications

• Create effective training presentations/materials and present them to associates.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and able to document processes clearly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Present training to associates and communicate effectively with all staff.
• Evaluate associates' performance and provide step-by-step guidance.
• Assist with creating training references and manuals.
• Deliver initial and cross training for all shifts and labor partners.

The core responsibilities of the role include tasking and assigning work tasks to the shift, both inbound and outbound.

Position: Trainer

Shift: 2nd

Hours: 3:00p –; 11:30PM

Days: TUESDAY –; SATURDAY

Pay: $20.75 per hour + $1.00 shift differential

Required Qualifications: Create effective training presentations / materials and be able to present them to associates. Proficient in Microsoft word. Able to perform all processes at the site, safely and efficiently and good communication and professional skills.

Preferred Qualifications: A minimum of 6 months experience of Training.

Role Purpose

Training and evaluation of associates on MHE and classroom instructions.

Key Accountabilities

• Present training to associates and effectively communicate will all Associates
• Evaluate Associate’s RPM on ramp up form and create steps for success
• Assist with creating work reference guide.
• Effective initial training and cross training of associates and outside workers (Labor Share Associates, vendors, etc.)
• Support operations as needed by leadership
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management
• Certify Associates for MHE
• Actively participate in the YOBE process
• Create system login for all Associates (SeeIT, JDA, etc.)
• Updating on company goals and procedures.
• Identify training needs
• Conduct BBS observations
• Participate in Safety Committee

Required Education and Experience

• Related technical experience
• MHE experience(sit down forklift and pallet jack)
• MHE experience(stand up forklift, reach truck, clamp, and slip), preferred
• Scrubber, preferred
• High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred
