Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Byhalia, MS, is hiring a First (1st) Shift Trainer to lead MHE training and classroom instruction from 7:00am to 3:00pm, Monday to Friday. You will train associates on powered industrial trucks, certify operators, and support safety initiatives across inbound, outbound, inventory, and returns.

Ideal candidates bring MHE operation experience, WMS familiarity, and strong communication skills to train large groups while aligning with DHL's safety and training standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience operating MHE (order picker, forklift, electric pallet jack).
• At least 6 months experience with a WMS (JDA, Blue Yonder, SAP, Manhattan).
• Excellent communication and ability to train groups.

Responsibilities

• Present training to associates and communicate effectively with groups of 20-30.
• Evaluate RPM on ramp up form and create steps for success.
• Assist with creating a work reference guide.
• Lead initial and cross training for associates and outside workers.
• Certify associates for MHE and participate in safety initiatives.
• Update training materials and create system logins (SeeIT, JDA).
• Support operations and identify training needs; participate in Safety Committee.
