Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring a Trainer in Fort Worth, TX. The role involves training and evaluating associates on MHE and classroom instructions, with a 2nd shift from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, Tuesday through Saturday. Pay is $20.75 per hour plus a $1.00 shift differential.

Qualifications

• Create effective training presentations and present them to associates.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and able to produce training materials.
• Strong communication and professional skills for classroom and shop-floor settings.

Responsibilities

• Present training to associates and clearly communicate expectations.
• Evaluate associates' RPM on ramp up form and map steps for success.
• Assist with creating a work reference guide and training materials.
• Conduct initial and cross training for associates and outside workers.
• Support operations as directed by leadership and perform duties as assigned.
