Qualifications

• 3–5 years forklift mechanic or heavy equipment experience.
• Background in Material Handling Equipment (MHE) servicing.
• Business acumen and awareness of current policies, practices and trends.
• Strong communication to convey strategy, priorities and progress.
• Leadership to maximize employee performance and engagement.
• Experience managing transitions and changes in processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage forklift technicians and day-to-day activities at the customer site.
• Aim to maintain technician utilization at 85% or above.
• Maintain service billing efficiency ratio above 75%.
• Control technician labor cost at or below 28% of revenue.
• Ensure training targets are achieved and maintained.
• Oversee work order coordination between parts and service departments.
