Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Trainer to educate associates on power equipment and document processes, and to certify MHE operators. The role requires weekend Day shifts, 5am-5pm, and a strong focus on safety and teamwork.

Ideal candidates will have MHE experience and strong communication skills; a PIT trainer certification is preferred but not required. Training and career development are core parts of this position.

Qualifications

• Related technical experience in logistics or warehouse operations.
• MHE experience with sit-down forklift and pallet jack.
• Experience with multiple MHE types preferred.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Present training to associates and communicate effectively with all associates.
• Evaluate ramp-up RPM and create steps for success.
• Assist with creating a work reference guide.
• Provide effective initial and cross-training of associates and outside workers.
• Support operations as needed by leadership.
• Certify associates for MHE.
• Participate in Safety Committee and YOBE process.
• Update on company goals and procedures.
