Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a Procurement Specialist - MHE to support the Senior Manager in coordinating North America MHE procurement activities, including forklifts, automation, and related maintenance services. This role involves sourcing, supplier communications, contract tracking, and spend reporting to drive efficiency across the NA network.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, logistics or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, operations support, vendor management, or related functions.
Experience with telematics or fleet management platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

Supports NA MHE category strategy, including growth, savings/avoidances, standardization, supplier performance, and operational support.
Assists with RFQ/RFP activities, data collection, supplier communication, quote tracking, meeting coordination, and documentation follow‑up.
Maintains MHE records, fleet information, purchase documentation, supplier contacts, pricing files, contract dates, renewal timelines, and program trackers.
Supports spend analysis, category reporting, savings tracking, and KPI reporting to monitor procurement performance.
Coordinates with Operations, Safety, Finance, IT, and other teams to validate site needs and support timely implementation of procurement initiatives.
