Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a Procurement Specialist for MHE to support the Senior Manager in procurement activities across North America, including powered industrial trucks and related maintenance services. You will manage supplier communications, data collection, and contract tracking to drive cost efficiency and service quality.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or logistics and 3+ years in procurement or related fields, with strong MS Office

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or logistics or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years in procurement, supply chain, operations support or vendor management.
Ability to work in unregulated warehouse temperatures and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Support the senior manager in executing the North America MHE procurement strategy.
Coordinate RFQ/RFP activities, data collection and supplier communication.
Maintain accurate MHE records, pricing files and contract timelines.
Assist with spend analysis, KPI reporting and program trackers for procurement.
Collaborate with Operations, Safety, Finance and IT to gather requirements and implement initiatives.
