Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Category Manager within the Global Procurement Organization to oversee the MHE lifecycle spend, including End-Of-Life programs, spare parts, hotline, and maintenance services across NA, INTL, APAC, MENA, and LATAM. You will partner with MHE Integrators, manufacturers, and service providers to optimize OPEX for RME engineers and internal customers.

The role requires 5+ years in supply chain or program management, a bachelor’s degree, and proven ability to lead

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of supply chain experience.
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

  • Establish category sourcing strategies, lead cross-functional sourcing teams, negotiate with suppliers and execute contracts.
  • Drive relationships with category suppliers to meet business goals and cost of ownership targets.
  • Manage supplier performance and SLA compliance across the MHE lifecycle portfolio.
  • Analyze spend data and prepare cost reduction business cases for leadership review.
  • Coordinate with RME Field & RVM teams on requests, escalations, and renewals.
