Job summary

Kenco Logistics seeks an experienced Service Technician II to perform maintenance on material handling equipment, automated systems, and conveyors across customer sites. The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and timely service with a focus on PM completion and efficient repairs.

Responsibilities include diagnosing issues via OEM software, coordinating parts, and maintaining service records while collaborating with site leaders to meet performance targets and ensure uptime.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of mechanic experience in maintenance of material handling equipment or similar.
• ASE Certification preferred; Electrical journeyman certification preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems across multiple equipment types.

Responsibilities

• Schedule PMs for Fleet Services equipment, conveyors, and automated systems.
• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance per OEM standards.
• Communicate equipment status and timelines with site managers and operations.
• Meet or exceed service performance metrics such as response times and PM completion.
• Maintain accurate service records and parts inventory; coordinate parts as needed.
• Navigate OEM software and wiring diagrams to diagnose and adjust equipment.
