AdventHealth in Orlando, FL seeks an experienced Admissions/Registration Manager to oversee front-office operations across multiple sites. You will coordinate Registration Representatives and scheduling teams, acting as a bridge between clinical and administrative partners to resolve concerns and improve workflows.

The role requires strong time management, proactive collaboration, and solid MS Office skills; English communication is essential. A 2-year healthcare background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years in health care, outpatient rehab, pre-access, patient access, hospital or business office, or physician practice office.

Full time Shift: Day (United States of America) Address: 602 COURTLAND ST City: ORLANDO State: Florida Postal Code: 32804

Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm but flexible to needs

Location

600 COurtland St Orlando 32804, with a need to travel to Polk, Celebration, Kissimmee, Winter Garden, Clermont, Minneola, Apopka and Dr Phillips.

Responsibilities

• Manages Registration Representatives and scheduling departments across multiple sites or programs.
• Acts as a liaison between clinical and administrative partners, addressing complaints and concerns promptly.
• Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate with clinical partners to resolve issues and improve workflows.
• Facilitates efficient department operations by managing staffing assignments and callouts to ensure coverage of front offices and scheduling teams as needed.
• Approves refunds, write-offs, and account adjustments, keeping the Director informed.
• Monitor billing accuracy, productivity standards, and collection performance and facilitate supplementary education or training when appropriate.
• Reviews performance and collections reports and communicates outcomes to the team and leadership.
• Holds self and staff accountable for individual and team goals and collaborates with clinical leaders for team approach.
• Performs other duties as assigned

Pay Range: $60,257.60 - $112,070.40
