Brown University Health in Providence is seeking a financial service representative to oversee patient billing issues. You will be responsible for providing quality financial services while maintaining insurance information for maximum billing reimbursement.

Responsible for providing quality and efficient financial service to patients through the daily management of assigned tasks. Oversees financial status of patients scheduled to be seen at Brown Health Medical Group Facility. Maintains insurance information for maximum billing reimbursement. Assist patients with billing questions; one on one, in a private area, maintaining patient confidentiality. Performs in accordance with the facility’s policies and procedures. Follows the facility’s standards for ethical business conduct. Conducts self as a positive role model and team member. Participates in facility committees, meetings, in-services, and activities.
