Job summary

Crumbacher is seeking an MFP technician to provide onsite and remote support for contracted clients. You will troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and install multifunction printers while communicating clearly with customers and manufacturers.

The role requires lifting up to 80 lb, basic electrical/mechanical skills, and experience with Xerox-like devices. We offer a full-time position with on-site work in Santa Fe and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED minimum; 2+ years of college preferred.
• Basic mechanical, electrical and computer knowledge.
• Must be able to lift 80 lb and operate a hand truck up to 300 lb.
• 2+ years of experience with printers/copiers is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair common printer and copier issues.
• Address paper jams, feed issues, and print quality problems.
• Replace rollers, fusers, and transfer belts as needed.
• Perform basic electrical/mechanical troubleshooting.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance without supervision.
• Install printers onsite and calibrate devices.
