Job description

The MFP Data Analyst Associate performs data quality analysis and reporting for Indiana's Money Follows the Person program within the Family Social Services Administration. The role compiles and analyzes participant information and service expenditure data, develops quality assurance initiatives, and serves as a liaison between multiple bureaus to ensure compliance with state, federal, and grant requirements. The position reports to the MFP Project Director and works closely with the Director of Community-Based Supports.

Key qualifications:

• Experience with data manipulation, cleansing, standardizing, and transforming
• Knowledge of statistical software, open-source programming languages, and database querying (SQL, Tableau, R, Python, PowerBI, ArcGIS)
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Ability to work in a team environment with multiple and fluid demands
• At least 2+ years of experience in a similar role or equivalent demonstrated ability
