Qualifications

• Senior-level consultative financial work for the Money Follows the Person (MFP) grant.
• Compliance with TxGMS, GAAP and 2 CFR 200 guidance.
• Lead financial contact coordinating program finances and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Budget oversight, financial modeling, and reporting for MFP grants.
• Regulatory compliance and policy interpretation of funding rules.
• Payment processing, AP reconciliation, and compliance with CAPPS.
• Administrative reporting, quality control, and data integrity monitoring.
• Program evaluation support and staff/partner training.
• Other duties as assigned to support division priorities.
