Job description

Oversee and ensure legal compliance throughout all employee relations activities, including training, investigations, decision-making processes, and follow-through. Perform all jobs safely, efficiently, and accurately to maintain and improve the performance of the entire plant in the areas of Safety, Quality, Reliability (SQR), and our Customer 1st strategy. Provide leadership that embodies our 7 Manufacturing High Performance Work System principles. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in human resources, organizational development, psychology, or related fields.
  • 2+ years of HR experience in food manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to understand complex instructions.
  • Knowledge of plant procedures and policies.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
Desired Qualifications
  • HR Certification (HRCI or PHR).
  • Experience managing plant safety processes.
  • Experience working in union environments.
  • Experience in HR within a manufacturing plant.
